What it is

Most dull paint isn't worn out — it's covered in thousands of fine scratches from automatic car washes, dirty towels and years of weather. Those swirls scatter light, which is why the finish looks flat and cloudy in the sun.
Paint correction uses machine polishing to level a microscopic amount of clear coat and remove those defects for good. Unlike a glaze or filler wax that temporarily masks them, correction actually eliminates them.

Will paint correction remove every scratch?
Not every one. Scratches you can catch with a fingernail are usually through the clear coat and can't be safely polished out. Shelby measures your paint and tells you up front what will come out and what won't.
Is machine polishing safe for my paint?

How long does it take?
A single-stage enhancement is typically a six-hour job. Full correction with a coating runs two to four days depending on size and condition.
Do I need a coating afterward?
Not required, but recommended. Correction is the expensive part — a coating or sealant is what keeps that finish from swirling right back up.
