Can you get pet hair out of the carpet?
Yes. Embedded pet hair needs extraction tools and technique rather than a shop vac — it's one of the most common requests Shelby gets, and it comes out.
Will old stains come out?
Most do. Coffee, food, dirt and typical family wear respond well to steam and extraction. Dye stains, bleach damage and burns are permanent — Shelby will tell you before you pay, not after.
How long does an interior detail take?
Four to six hours for the Interior Restore Detail, depending on vehicle size and condition.
Do you need my driveway and a hose?
Shelby brings his own water and power. He just needs safe access to the vehicle.
