What we collect when you visit this site, request a quote, or call, and what we do with it. Last updated September 23, 2026.
When you request a quote
If you use the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle, the service you're interested in, whether you'd rather get a text, and your message. It's saved to our private lead log through this website's server, and a copy is emailed to us through Formspree, the form service we use. We use it to get back to you and schedule your detail.
How you found us
When you arrive, the site notes how you found us: for example, the website that sent you, the page you landed on, and any ad campaign tags or Google Ads click ID in the link. That note stays in your browser for the visit and is saved along with your quote request or call, so we know which ads and pages bring in customers.
Phone calls
The phone number shown on this site is a CallRail tracking number that forwards straight to Shelby. CallRail logs basic call details, such as the calling number, the time, and the length of the call, so we can tell which calls came from the website. Calls to this number may also be recorded, to help us confirm details of your request and keep track of what we discussed. When you tap a call button, the site also records that tap along with how you found us.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where visitors come from, including when someone starts or sends the quote form. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and moving from page to page, so we can make the site easier to use. These tools use cookies. Clarity does not record what you type into forms. We use them to improve the site, not to identify you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services named on this page and with June Apple Web Co., the company that builds and runs this website and its lead log, and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and a content blocker will stop the analytics tools. Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also ask us what we have on file about you, or ask us to delete it.
