Tolar sits in southwestern Hood County on US 377, roughly seven miles southwest of Granbury. The town grew up around the Fort Worth and Rio Grande Railway in 1890, and it still has the buildings made of local petrified wood that people slow down to look at. Around it is small acreage, ranch land and long private drives, and the town is served by Tolar ISD.
From most places out here, a detail shop means a drive into Granbury and back, plus a wait. Mobile service turns that around. Yes. Tolar is in Hood County, and travel is included anywhere in the county.
There's no hose or outlet near where the truck is parked. Is that a problem?
No. Shelby brings his own water and power. He only needs safe access to the vehicle and room to work around it.
My truck is caked in mud. Can you still wash it?
Yes. Heavy dirt is softened and lifted with a pre-soak and foam before any hand washing. If it has been a while, mention it when you book so Shelby can plan the time.
