Bugs and tar up front
Highway driving bakes bugs and road tar onto the bumper, mirrors and windshield. Every wash starts with a pre-soak and foam bath, and decontamination is part of correction and coating prep.
Cresson is about 12 miles up US 377 from Shelby's home base in Granbury. He brings water, power and professional products to your property, whether that's a neighborhood lot or a few acres.
Cresson grew up where US 377 crosses State Highway 171, and the Fort Worth and Rio Grande Railway came through in 1887. The city sits at the corner where Hood, Johnson and Parker counties meet, with most of it in Hood County. It has grown quickly, from about 740 residents in 2010 to more than 1,300 in 2020.
That location makes Cresson a commuter town. Fort Worth is about 25 miles northeast on US 377, Weatherford is up SH 171 one way and Cleburne is down it the other. A car that covers those miles every day collects road film, bug residue and brake dust fast, and it rarely gets a free afternoon at a detail shop. With mobile service the work happens at home, while the car would be parked anyway.

Tunnel washes along a commute route are convenient, but shared brushes are where most swirl marks come from. The Paint Enhancement Detail, from $399, is a single-stage machine polish that removes most light swirls.
Cresson is home to MotorSport Ranch, a members-only road course. If your car spends weekends there, ask about paint correction and a ceramic coating. Shelby trained in advanced correction and coating with Shine Supply.
Homes on the edge of town often have gravel drives and open land around them. Shelby works from his own water and power, so the setup is the same on a few acres as in a subdivision driveway.

Most of Cresson is in Hood County, where travel is included. If your address is on the Johnson or Parker County side, Shelby will tell you before booking whether a fee applies. Outside the county it is $25 for 15 to 25 miles and $50 for 25 to 40 miles.
One-step paint correction plus a 3-year ceramic coating is $1,300 to $1,600 for a sedan, $1,500 to $1,900 for an SUV and $1,700 to $2,100 for a truck. Most take two to four days.
Yes, it is a mobile service. A coating needs a controlled cure, so Shelby confirms the setup, such as a garage or covered space, and the weather window when you book.
Call or text with what you drive. Shelby will quote it and tell you honestly which level of service makes sense.
